Where are the frames manufactured?
All orders are assembled by the expert craftsmen at the Frame Center in Hanover, MA.
How long will it take to receive my frames after I place my order?
Typically, images are framed and ready to be shipped out within 2-3 days. Shipping takes an additional 2-3 days depending on the selected shipping option.
Are shipping dates guaranteed?
If you need your job expedited, we will do our best to get you your package as quickly as possible. However, we work in conjunction with the USPS so it is in your best interest to select priority shipping. If you’re local, you can always choose the in store pick up option for absolute assurance that your frame will be readily available when you need it.
Can I track my packages?
Yes, once your order ships a tracking number will be emailed to you.
What type of paper and ink are used for photo printing?
Photos are printed on heavy satin photo paper using canon pigment inks. This combination produces an extremely high-quality image that will withstand the test of time.
What is the return policy?
Satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re unhappy with your frame for any reason let us know within 7 days of the receipt of the frames and we will make it right.
What forms of payment are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted as well as PayPal and are handled through a third-party processor.
What does an easel back look like?
Frames that are an appropriate size can be hung on the wall (insert photo of wire back) or made to stand on a table (insert photo of easel back)
